“I’ve really enjoyed the challenge. My eating was erratic with quite a lot of packets of things and I’ve enjoyed cooking and trying the new recipes. Lots of new ingredients and I’ve discovered things I didn’t know I liked so it’s made me think about my food and how much better it is to make your own. Not missed snacking or sugary things.

I’ve got loads more energy and sleeping much better and generally feel more alert all day. It was a great challenge and your support was invaluable. I will keep going with the principles and thank you for including me and would love to see your New Year One. I’ll certainly recommend it to others” JH

“Just wanted to let you know I’m really enjoying this challenge I’ve made some good changes however what I am so surprised and delighted about is the sweet cravings are gone!! How can this be, I’m a choc and carb queen! Had the odd square of dark choc that’s it - I’m full after breakfast and have to look at clock to see time for lunch as I’m not starving! So glad I signed up, taken until this week to really notice and feel difference and I think I’ve probably lost a few pounds as well.” SI

“I have not felt hungry in between meals once over the last two weeks. I have therefore not had the mid-afternoon slump and wanted another coffee! I am not as tired during the day and sometimes I have even woken up before my alarm which is actually unheard of! Being in a group was great and that made me actually go ahead and do it!! Your videos were invaluable and I started to feel healthily full from the day one - this made me want to carry on. This programme has really made me think about what I am eating. “Well, I’ve just been for my eyebrows done and for the second time this week, I’ve been told I look great! 😊 (“What have you done different - your skin looks amazing and you’ve lost weight!” and I’m quoting here).

I’d say I have stuck to your plan by about 90% + I’ve had the odd minor slip up but I’ve done this intentionally (and enjoyed it) knowing that I’ll get back on it with the very next meal. Your plan has rejuvenated my healthy eating, I’ve introduced lots more veggies and most of all variety back into our diets and I think this has been key – I’ve been really enjoying eating well, feeling nourished and not at all feeling like I’m depriving myself. “I am enjoying the course very much and have enjoyed the recipes. The information you have provided is really useful and the fact that you say to do change things over a period of time is very manageable. Some of the points have really made me think - for example the look after your body.

I can say that I feel refreshed and wake up in the morning ready to go rather than tired. Also my hair has got some bounce back and I have loads more energy. I haven’t been hungry or had an energy dip mid afternoon and have lost 2lb.

It was just what I needed - it’s rekindled my interest in food and cooking.

“Working with Kim has been extremely interesting for me. I had been eating really bloody healthily and managing my stress well for a number of years and yet was feeling lethargic. It was driving me mad! The testing that Kim undertook identified that despite all of the nutritious food I was eating, my body was not absorbing the essential nutrients because of some issues in my gut.

We worked together on solutions that were going to be sustainable. As opposed to severe restrictions, we looked at simple tweaks to my diet and eating habits to optimise my gut health. The changes were so easy for me to make - just required small habit adjustments and the results are already obvious and visible to me.
