“I’ve really enjoyed the challenge. My eating was erratic with quite a lot of packets of things and I’ve enjoyed cooking and trying the new recipes. Lots of new ingredients and I’ve discovered things I didn’t know I liked so it’s made me think about my food and how much better it is to make your own. Not missed snacking or sugary things.
I’ve got loads more energy and sleeping much better and generally feel more alert all day. It was a great challenge and your support was invaluable. I will keep going with the principles and thank you for including me and would love to see your New Year One. I’ll certainly recommend it to others” JH
